HAVE YOURSELF A VERY VINTAGE CHRISTMAS

Life happens.  Things can get super busy and that can leave a gal with barely any time for blogging.  Here I am at the last month of the year and I'm about to make my first blog post of the year.  Hopefully I will have a better blogging year next year.  In the meantime, have yourself a very vintage CHRISTMAS!  Enjoy this pictorial of kitschy things from Christmas' past.

SWEET GINGERBREAD HOUSES

Every year, on the final day of school before Christmas break, I would attempt to have each student in my classroom create a mini Gingerbread House that he or she could take home. The funny thing is that the Gingerbread Houses rarely ever made it home with the children.....unless you count GRAHAM CRACKERS, GUM DROPS, LICORICE STICKS AND ICING on the faces and inside of the tummies of children as Gingerbread Houses. I hope you enjoyed this sweet Gingerbread House pictorial. I am assuming these Gingerbread Houses were created by people who didn't have a sweet tooth. (Smile)
