Who had to use their imagination to have visions of sugarplums dancing in their head when all one had to do was wait for the beloved WISHBOOK to arrive in the mailbox? I have fond childhood memories of the Holiday Wishbooks and catalogs. I can remember many children smuggling them in their backpacks and bringing them to school. In the Holiday months, If you saw a group of children all huddled in the schoolyard during outside playtime, you could pretty much be sure that they were all looking at a WISHBOOK and bragging to one another about what they THOUGHT they might get (most of which never materialized). LOL But the fun wasn't really in GETTING anything at all....it was merely the joy of WISHING that was the real delight. Such a simple childhood pleasure.
So take a trip back in time if you please and look over a few old WISHBOOKS. Just look to the top right hand side of this page and click the picture of the WISHBOOK. Enjoy!
WELCOME TO MY PAGE.... New adventures awaiting each day, wrapped in HUGS and KEEPSAKES from those who have touched my heart along the way.

ICICLE CRYSTAL WREATH
What better way to keep little kids hands and minds busy than with a fun, holiday craft that they will be proud to display? I found just the thing. I will be doing this craft project with my little students this week and I thought that I would share this project with you. School will be out for the holidays soon and you may want to try this craft with your children at home. Simply look to the right hand side of this page and click the picture of the icicle crystal wreath. It will take you to the tutorial. Enjoy!
